标题: 7月1日AUD详细考经-攒人品求过

依然感觉考的很不好，远不如上次考FAR，泪奔着给大家写这份回忆，不过本人比较笨，记的有限，希望对后面考的同学有所帮助~~

选择题部分考经

1. 哪种情况下，会用emphasisof matter 2题

2. Subsequent events1题

3. Report on otherinformation 这个出了好几道题，几乎每一个部分都涉及了一两题，不知道是不是因为我做的不好，所以出的比较多Compilation andreview出的很多，大概不少于6题，这个部分是重点，大家多看看，考的非常细

4. Planning andsupervision 考的也很多，大概至少也有4道题，主要是这个部分用到的procedures 以及test of control在这个部分的作用等

5. Audit risk 没考，很奇怪，觉得这应该是重点才对呢

6. Compliance withlaws and regulation 也有至少两道题

7. I/C 有几道题

8. Responding to theassessed risks of material misstatement 有好几道题，这也是重点Audit evidence 有几道题

9. Audit proceduresby transaction cycle 这个选择题没有，就有道大题涉及，大家可以参照我之前写的考经 simulation部分

10. Financial ratio 这个部分也是考了道大题，也是参见之前的那份考经审计抽样是一道题没考啊这部分我还看了巨长时间尼玛

11. Communication withthose charged with governance 有一两道

12. Managementrepresentation 有一两道Quality control有好几道题这也是重点

13. Professionalresponsibilities 有好几道题主要是independence好多

14. Auditdocumentation 有几道

15. IT一题没考啊我还特意请教了我的程序猿老公汗啊

16. Governmentauditing 考了好几道

Simulation：

1. engagement letter，communication material misstatement，attorneyinquiry， engagement letter 等后面几个记不清了，问得是这些都是“from ”“to”“time ”“written or oral”
