标题: 10/5 BEC 边上班边学习好辛苦

Writing Communication:
1. You are on the committee for research on customer service. Write a memo to the CEO about: 1) Who should be included on committee and why? 2) who should be the project lead? 3) timeline management

2. 一大长段话，大概就是说新中标的design consulting firm的owner是ceo的close relative，结合tone at the top说一下这样做是否合适

3. the company wants to expand in foreign market, you are in charge of a market analysis, talk about why growth rate and profitability are important.

MC:
因为当时做的比较快，很多短的不记得了，整个考试最后我有一个小时的时间做writing，写完检查了一边还有15分钟, 当然有一些选择题不确定的最后就蒙了答案，因为觉得没有必要浪费时间。

COSO 每个testlet都有四五道的样子，不是直接问概念，都是灵活运用，要仔细看书
who should compensate, monitor external auditors--- 选audit committee

IT跟COSO的题量差不多，有cloud computing, IT control objectives

npv有两道计算，wacc两道
variance有两道计算，都是书后题的难度，比becker上的简单很多，我当时做becker就被吓到了
Inventory turnover 有两道
我没有考到EU
Direct method有一道，但是我不太明白那道题，最后猜了一个答案
quick ratio有一道概念
ECON有两道，demand elasticity

感觉选择题难度都差不多，有一些IT的我没有见过,我没有浪费时间就考文字分析和第一感觉猜了。

希望能过，边上班边学习太辛苦...学生们最好上班前尽快考掉，大家加油！
