标题: 2/13 REG JJ 题目都有回忆到
考完试回来发帖攒人品了。。。觉得这次估计是要跪了，只能默默祈求人品爆发了。

SIM
1. Stock option, nonqualify stock option 和ISO
2. Research 之前的JJ 有提到过 IRC 503 c
3. pizza manager 的个人报税，包括1）employer paid health insurance 2) employer paid health insurance for wife and children 3) employer paid apartment rent that pizza manager required to live 4) employer paid free pizza for his children 5) employee paid safe shoes, 问这些哪些是taxable，哪些是nontaxable, 哪些是2%miscellaneous itemized deduction
4. research employee的definition
5. corp tax，问哪些金额应该包括在corp tax 里，包括unrelated subsidiary dividends, charity distribution, casualty loss, interest on loans to buy automobile,之类的
6. 关于报税的year end, 我做这道题的时候简直就是崩溃的。我自认为我把各种报税时间和statute of limitation 记得挺熟的了。结果只是我太naive了。。。一个individual是S Corp 的owner，这个s corp 是nov 30th的year end. 问S corp 什么时候file, 个人什么时候pay tax, 什么时候可以交IRA，最迟什么时候可以require tax return.

MC
1.第五章真的很重要，拜托一定要好好看，千万不能只知道大概，务必抓住细节。
2. SSTS PAL DRD AAA 在我的考试里都有涉及
3. 不要觉得678不重要就仔细看，我就是跪在了这上面。我的第二个和第三个test-let里几乎2/3的题都是5678章的，只有大约1/3的题是跟税有关的。所以不要忽视678，这门考试之所以叫regulation而不是叫taxation，我觉得还是有原因的。
4.有一道题是关于bonus的，一个employee发1,000,000的bonus，但march 31th只发了976000，问公司可以deduct 多少
5.有一道题是一个人在想是买corp bond，还是6%return municipal bond, 这个人的税率是35%，问可以corp 的return rate最低多少才会attractive

版主厉害！！怎么能记得住这么多题目！！我比版主早一周考，考的非常崩溃，好多5， 6， 7， 8章的题目，最恶心的是还有好多estate trust and gift的题目。考完一阵眩晕~根本不知道自己考了啥，答了啥。

我是1月底考的，EMPLOYEE的定义也考了。还有报税的时间， AAA
